About Mert Baser

Mert Baser is the Co-Founder of TransferChain, providing the world’s most secure and private cloud storage and file sharing through blockchain, cryptographic splitting and distributed cloud architectures. Mert has been professionally involved in blockchain space since 2018, following it as a passion since 2014. Frustrated with the absence of privacy in the cloud and ever-expanding data breaches, TransferChain’s brave team is working on resurrecting one of the most fundamental human rights of the 21st century, privacy.

Mert began his career in the financial industry at PwC, where he worked on financial audits across Southern Europe. He later joined Deloitte, where he conducted valuation reports for various industry leaders. When he's not thinking about blockchain or scaling startups, you'll find him riding motorcycles, designing visuals, and listening to HiFi music.
