We strive to ensure that all yPros members have a satisfying experience. In the event that a member wishes to cancel their membership, they are free to do so at any time after joining.

REFUND PROCESS:

1) To initiate a refund, members must submit a refund request through our Community Support form to our dedicated Community Support Team.

2) The refund request should include the member’s full name, membership details, reason for the refund, and any relevant supporting documentation, if applicable.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS:

Membership fees already paid will not be refunded if the member has utilized any of the benefits, resources, or services associated with their yPros membership.

REFUND METHOD:

1) Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial membership purchase, unless an alternative method is requested.

2) Refunds will be issued within a reasonable timeframe, typically not exceeding fourteen (14) business days from the approval of the refund.

We strongly encourage all yPros members to carefully consider their membership enrollment and to reach out to our Community Support Team with any questions or concerns before making a final commitment.

Please note that this refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of yWhales. Members will be promptly informed of any updates or modifications to the policy.

If you have any questions regarding this refund policy or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our Community Support Team through our dedicated Community Support form.
